Yeah, I know - and most cameras don't take kindly to being thrown on the floor, unlike most aikidokas, too. As for Morihiro Saito, I think it is a bit disheartening to read him say (somewhere) that at least two years of sword practice are essential before one can begin to grasp anything about aikido! Oh well... *grabs bokken* EE-ya.
hehe thanks for the encouraging comment on my photography. Always good to know its appreciated as for aikido related art ... I could always bring cam to dojo, but then i'd not get much throwing done myself Besides, i did manage to procure all five volumes of Saito senseis "traditional aikido" in e-format, so i definately have to try out a few things. I think quite a few things fell into place when i read the first volume.

Heeey! Yep - been here around for a while - enough to regret the alias I'm using, in fact! - but managed to keep myself pretty much in the shadows. Love your philosophical photos and hope for more, and perhaps aikido-inspirated art as well!
